Cristal Finke has a diverse background in the medical field.  She has worked, and taught, extensively throughout the medical community.   In addition, Cristal has extensive practice management knowledge, including physician consulting, insurance and hospital credentialing, EHR implementation, as well as leading numerous projects in the field.  One such project is opening and running free clinics in the Austin area, which Cristal designed and implemented.  As the Director of Clinical Operations for these clinics, she collaborates with various community liaisons in order to reach those in the community that are in need of healthcare.     

Cristal received a Masters in Public Health and is a certified professional coder (CPC) through the American Academy of Professional Coders.  Due to her expertise in coding, physicians of all specialties throughout the state of Texas often call upon Cristal to audit and evaluate their code selection in order to ensure compliance is met within their practices.
